Question 1: Where can I get Information on the prices of your phones?

Answer: Visit our website page www.tecnoghana.com. If you want to know the price of a feature phone, click the Feature Phone category box and it will display our entire range of feature phones. Navigate to the specific model you want and click on it and it will give you the full specifications and price of the phone. The same process also applies for the smart phone. You click the smart phone category and navigate to the model you are interested in and click for the price and full specification.

Question 10: How can I buy TECNO Phones at places where TECNO Mobile (Mobile Zone shops) are not located or available?

Answer: We have Key Retail Outlets in places where we do not have shops, look out for any shop which is co branded with the name of the shop and TECNO Mobile in our traditional blue and white colours and you can get your TECNO phone, pad or accessories from there

Question 2: How can I get the specification of a particular model?

Answer: Go onto our website, www.tecnoghana.com and contingent on whether you want to check the specification of a feature phone or a smart phone, you click on either the feature phone category or the smartphone category which will give you all the phones in the category. You then click on the specific phone that you want and the full specifications will display.

Answer: Our home page displays the most recent banner

Question 4: What is the difference between the Smartphones?

Answer: Click the Smartphone category box on our home page and it will display all our smart phones with their full specifications to help you differentiate between the models.

Answer: Click on Carl care centers at the bottom of the home page under the Contact Us section

Question 6: Where can we get directions to the locations of your shops?

Answer: Click on Sales outlets at the bottom of the home page under the Contact Us section

Question 7: How do you activate the data bundle?

Answer: Insert your Sim card into the SIM 1 slot on your phone and the data is automatically activated

Question 8: How does the warranty work?

Answer: Click on Carlcare at the bottom of the home page under Contact Us and read the warranty terms and conditions.

Question 9: How can I be a wholesaler for TECNO Mobile phones?

Answer: Click on Customer Care at the bottom of the page under Contact Us and call the customer care number.
